Dear All,

Having monitored the latest weather forecast and conditions we would like to confirm following:

Safety of our colleagues is a paramount. Please take necessary percussions if you planning on attending work tonight and tomorrow. Do not put yourself at risk, and make sure you are safe.

There is a reduced operational plan for those who can make it to work.

• Newbury – the plan is to operate with a reduced crew tonight and tomorrow morning in order to prepare for Sunday night production

• Newport- closed until Monday

• Chester- business as normal.

For those who are office based, and  can get into work safety, please do so. If that’s not reasonable, those of you who can work remotely, do.
